If you prefer a telehealth visit,
please write “telehealth” in “reason for visit” box
when scheduling your appointment.
You will receive a text link,
at your scheduled appointment time.
For urgent needs, our $120 telehealth visit is available
on weekdays only, between the hours of 10a and 2p
until we are back in the office on Monday, Jan 5th.
Any visit before or after those hours,
will be charged $150 for an after hours telehealth visit.
